Peak Recreation Group is hiring a Aquatic Centre Lifeguard to support supervising pool users, responding to incidents, checking water safety, and supporting centre presentation. This is a practical role in a real operating environment, suited to someone who can communicate clearly, keep work moving, and make sound decisions with the information available.
The role works closely with managers, operational teams, and specialist stakeholders. Day to day, you will clarify priorities, manage competing requests, maintain accurate records, and turn requirements into reliable delivery.
A strong candidate will bring relevant Australian market experience, confident written communication, good judgement, and evidence of consistent delivery. Industry-specific qualifications or licences are useful where they apply, but the main requirement is proven capability in the work described.
The indicative remuneration range is $31 - $38 hourly. Final offer will depend on experience, location, roster, and role requirements.
